Cramp collects no data

Cramp does not collect, send, sell, or share any personal data. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party services.

Where your list is kept

Her list, her name (if you type it), and your notes are kept only on your iPhone, inside the app. Like other app data, they are part of your own device backup (iCloud or computer), if you use one. We cannot see this data.

Links to sources

Each tip has a link to its source, such as the NHS website. When you tap a link, it opens in Safari. That website's own privacy policy applies.

Delete your data

Remove items in the app, or delete the app to remove all of its data from your iPhone.

This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics, and no forms. Our host, Vercel, may keep standard server logs for security.

Children

Cramp is not made for children and collects no data from anyone.
